Gurudom is applicable only in the religious and yogic path. All the guru-oriented paths belong to the religion and yoga.+

A Gnani is not a Guru or disciple of any Guru. Gurudom is applicable only in the religious and yogic path. All the guru-oriented paths belong to religion and yoga. The religion and yoga are nothing to do with the Advaitic wisdom.

The religion and yoga are based on the ego whereas the Advaitic wisdom is based on the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of the Spirit. The Spirit is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God.

Yajurveda – chapter- 32:~ It has been said that God Supreme or Supreme Spirit.

The Bible says: ~ “God is a Spirit, and they that worship God must worship God in spirit and in truth. (John 4:24)

The Spirit is the root element of the universe. The Spirit is present in the form of the Soul, the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness.

From the Spirit, the universe comes into existence. In the Spirit, the universe resides. And into the Spirit, the universe is dissolved. The Spirit is the parent of all that is there is.
There is no God but God. There is no God because the world in which we exist is merely an illusion created out of the God, the Spirit. Call it with any name, God is universal. God belongs to whole humanity.

The Religion creates separation, God is unity in diversity. God is one which, the cause of the whole world in which humanity exist. There is no God, but God means the world in which we exist is an illusion the God is the cause of the world is real and eternal.

God alone is real and all else is an illusion. There is second thing exists other than the Spirit, the God thus, God is Advaita.

The Religion belongs to you. Religious belief of God belong you. All religious code of conduct belongs to you. Religious belongs to you. But remember you belong to the falsehood because the world in which you exist is created out of the Spirit, the God, which is present in the form of the Soul. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness.

God is divine, only held in the bondage of the ignorance (matter); perfection will be reached when this bond will burst, and the word they use for it is, therefore, freedom, freedom from the bonds of imperfection, freedom from ignorance.

The religious Guru is nothing to do with Gnana he is more concerned with serve the humanity with his religious knowledge.

Seekers of truth must path alone because he has to mentally transcend the illusory world in which he exists. Holding anything of the world as reality blocks him realizing the truth hidden by the illusory world in which he exists.

The ultimate truth has to be ascertained without the scriptures by realizing the Self is neither the waking entity not the dream entity, but the Self is formless Soul which is present in the form of consciousness.

In the realm of truth, the form, time and space are created out of single stuff. That single stuff is consciousness. Realizing the single stuff as ultimate truth is Self-realization or truth realization. To realize this truth, there is no need of the scriptures.

The ultimate truth has to be realized first, then only it is possible to know what the scriptures are saying.

That is why Sage Sankara : ~ VC 56. Neither by Yoga nor by Sankhya nor by good work, nor by learning, but by the realization of one's identity with Brahman is Liberation possible, and by no other means.

58. Loud speech consisting of a shower of words, the skill in expounding the Scriptures, and likewise erudition - these merely bring on a little personal enjoyment to the scholar, but are no good for Liberation.

59. The study of the Scriptures is useless so long as the highest Truth is unknown, and it is equally useless when the highest Truth has already been known.

60. The Scriptures consisting of many words are a dense forest which merely causes the mind to ramble. Hence, men of wisdom should earnestly set about knowing the true nature of the Self.

Advaita is the nature of the Soul. Advaita is second to none. Advaita is universal wisdom reveals on its own to all the serious and sincere seekers of truth. .

The real Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sri, Sankara is soulcentric knowledge. The Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is soulcentric knowledge destroys the ignorance.

Sage Sankara clearly indicates in Viveka Chudamani (2) that the Knower of the Atman (A Gnani) "bears no outward mark of a holy man." (Stanza 539).

A Gnani wears no signs, it means he does not identify himself as Guru or teacher or swami or yogi.

~ It means the one who were the robes is not a Gnani because he identifies himself with his birth entity and his inherited religion. Thus, he accepts the birth entity as the Self and the world as reality, whereas the Self is birthless and deathless because it is formless, timeless and spaceless existence.

The one who identifies himself as swami, Guru or yogi is not a Gnani. A Gnani never identifies himself as a swami, Guru, pundit or yogi. Swami, Guru, pundit or yogi belongs to the religious and yogic path, not to the path of truth or wisdom.

Sage Sankara: ~ "Though I wear these robes of a Sanyasin, it is only for the sake of bread."

Sage Sankara: ~ A Gnani "bears no outward mark of a holy man" (Stanza 539).

Thus, it proves that the religious Gurus and yogis are not Gnanis because they identified themselves as holy people.

A Gnani never claims himself as a Gnani, he guides the seekers, not posing himself as a Guru, and he does not force his wisdom on others.

Advaita is not a theory or a philosophy. Advaita is the nature of the Soul, the Self. There is no need for any theory or philosophy or scriptures to acquire Self-knowledge. Only a perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ is needed.

Sage Sankara:~ 'Like a servant who carries a lamp in front of you to find your way, and you have found it, so becomes the Veda to that person. What is the Veda? ~ utterances of those who have known the Truth. Here is one who has known the Truth; why should he or she depend upon the Veda further? Actual realization takes you beyond books. At a certain stage, books become botheration. The Upanishad itself says that, the 'words are only so much of distraction for such minds'

Bhagavān Buddha: ~ Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders.

You need not become a Guru or a monk to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. You have not to renounce the world or to leave anything ~ your wife, children, job, responsibilities. You do not have to renounce anything! The only thing you have to realize the truth, which is beyond the form, time and space by realizing the form, time and space are product of ignorance. When the ignorance vanishes, the unreality of the form, time and the space is exposed.

Upanishad's say ~ "He who thinks he knows, not know." This means that to know anything implies a second, an object of knowledge, hence duality, i.e. no Gnana.

Tripura Rahasya: ~ Second-hand knowledge of the Self-gathered from books or Gurus can never emancipate a man until its truth is rightly investigated and applied; only direct realization will do that. Realize yourself, turning the mind inward. (18: 89) : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
