Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ “If you desire liberation, but you still say "I," if you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, you are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.
People are stuck with the reality of the ‘I’, which they take it as real because some Gurus have propagated the Self is the ‘I’. There is no need to convince such mindset. The seeker of truth accepts only the truth, nothing but the truth.
Mansur was beheaded for saying “Anal Haq”
Anal Haq”: It is not I am God but the Self, the Spirit is God in truth.
Jesus was crucified because he said, “I and my Father are one.
Jesus said: Spirit is my father and "I and my Father are one. ~ If the Spirit is the father, then the son is bound to be the Spirit.
Krishna's words were misunderstood as vanity or self-praise.
Krishna said: "Ahum Brahmasmi." ‘Self’ is Brahman ~ that is, Atman is Brahman.
Krishna's words were misunderstood as vanity or self-praise.
The doubts come; as long as there is ignorance, there will be doubts. You always work that way, going one way and then another because you think the Self is the ‘I’.
Until you hold the ‘I’ as the ‘Self’ you will never be able to realize the spiritual truth (Spirit), which is beyond the form, time and space.
Beyond, the form, time and space means beyond the ignorance.
Beyond, the ignorance means beyond the dualistic illusion.
Beyond, the dualistic illusion means beyond the dualistic reality (universe).
The nondualistic or Advaitic reality is the fullness of consciousness without the illusory division of the form, time and space.
Until you get a firm conviction of ‘what is truth and what is untruth, it is very difficult to assimilate Self-knowledge of Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana or knowledge of the Spirit or the knowledge of the God.
For the religious people, it is very difficult to accept anything other than their religious injected truth.
Religious truth is based on the blind belief, whereas the spiritual truth is based on the Spirit, which is God in truth.
Bhagavad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16
There is nothing to exist prior to consciousness. The ‘I’ cease to exist without the consciousness. The Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman.
That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ The permanent (consciousness) is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)
The ‘I’ hides the Soul, the Self, which is the cause of the 'I'.
Bhagavad Gita says: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God in truth) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).
When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.
Truth realization or God realization is not for the religious people, those who are stuck with their religion.
Until you have the firm conviction of the truth, you will not be able to realize the God in truth, which is hidden by the illusory universe. The seeker will realize the truth if he is sincere and serious to know the Advaitic truth.
The dream becomes unreal when waking takes place. The waking experience becomes unreal when Advaitic wisdom dawns. The wisdom dawns only when one investigates and realizes “What is mind?” and “What is the substance of the mind” and what is the Source of the mind?
In reality, the mind, its substance, and its source are one in essence. That essence is the consciousness. The knowledge of this essence is Self ~knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
Self ~knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana does not consist in the mastery of scriptural knowledge or intellectual speculation or logical conclusions, but in the realization of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
The Soul, the elf, is neither the waking entity (ego or you) nor the dream entity. Without Self-Knowledge, it is futile to try to know the ultimate truth or Brahman.
Human knowledge of an object is clouded by ignorance that shrouds the Soul, the Self.
Self-Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is the unifying force which brings unity in diversity. All egocentric knowledge is reduced to mere conjecture and, therefore, it is arbitrary.
Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is the knowledge of our true existence, which is hidden by the illusory form, time and space. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
