Everything exists when the Advaitic wisdom dawns, but only the unreal nature of the universe in which you exist is exposed. 

The world in which you exist is mere a dualistic illusion created out of consciousness. 

Forms and names within the dualistic illusion have no value because they are part of the dualistic illusion.

The seeker has to realize the fact that, the world in which we exist is made of consciousness. The real is consciousness which is hidden by the world, in which we exist. 

Thus, through Advaitic wisdom, the unreal nature of the world in which we exist is exposed to realize the world in which we exist is created out of a single stuff. And that single stuff is consciousness. 

The knowledge of the single stuff is Self -knowledge of Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

The seeker has to be aware of the material (consciousness), not the things (the world in which we exist) made out of the material.

As gold is an important material in making ornaments, so, consciousness is the essential material for the world in which we exist. 

Without the ornaments, the gold remains as gold.  In the same way, without the world in which we exist, consciousness remains as consciousness.

A Gnani is fully aware of the fact that the world in which he exists is a dualistic illusion created out of single stuff, and that single stuff is consciousness. Thus, a Gnani sees the world that confronts his as consciousness. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
